Nutraceuticals

Vitamin D3

The target level of vitamin D3 is 50–100 ng/mL. The maintenance dose for an adult is approximately 5,000–7,000 IU. The exact amount is determined individually based on serum blood levels.

Technology

Glucose Monitoring

FreeStyle Libre 2 is a continuous glucose monitoring system. It is suitable for patients with diabetes, pregnant women with gestational diabetes, and those with adrenal fatigue or insulin resistance.

Immunity

Vitamin C

During the fall and winter season, 250–500 mg per day is recommended. For stress, sugar cravings, excess weight, or hypothyroidism, the dose can be increased up to 1,500 mg per day.

Inflammation

Chronic Inflammation

Common in joint diseases, obesity, and after infections. Unlike acute inflammation, it progresses silently and requires a systemic integrative approach.

Energy

Succinic Acid

An organic acid and a key player in the Krebs cycle — the main energy station inside our cells (mitochondria), where ATP is produced — the universal “currency” of energy.

Minerals

Zinc

The preventive dose for an adult is 15–30 mg. Take in courses, no longer than 3 months without lab monitoring. For common cold / respiratory infections, the dose is increased to 60–90 mg per day for 5–6 days.

Gut Health

Probiotics

Before the cold and flu season, it is advisable to take a 1–2 month course of probiotics. Choose multi-strain probiotics. During common cold / respiratory infections, increase the dose 2–3 times for 5–7 days.

Habits

Sleep & Beauty

The most important habit for preserving beauty and hormonal health is quality sleep. It affects all hormones: from cortisol to melatonin and growth hormone.
